Why come to therapy?

You may be feeling down, depressed, hopeless or anxious – or you may just feel a general lack of lust for life. Whatever it is that is currently troubling you, if it has reached the point at which it is affecting the quality of your daily life, therapy could be the first step to understanding what is going on for you.

Coming to therapy can be an emotional 'journey' which is not always easy, however it is also an opportunity for change, which could be the beginning of living your life differently.

Psychotherapy sessions
I offer psychotherapy appointments either by telephone, or video via Zoom, as well as in person at my consulting room in Chancery Lane, London.
Email nicolakerrtherapy@gmail.com to find out more.

This is a rather lovely animation which describes psychotherapy in a straightforward and coherent way - created by The School of life.
